Meet Kirby. She is getting married next month in North Carolina, but we got together here in Atlanta for this shoot. We had a great time doing these portraits, I felt like I was hanging out with a good friend almost instantly. Her spirit is warm and funny that sets you right at ease. I just love how classic she looks in these images, but you can see her personality in each expression. I can't wait for the wedding day, it's gonna rock :)

As many of you know I always shoot weddings with a trusted assistant. For the past year I have been working alongside Julia Davis. There really isn't a word to describe her awesomeness....if you were to combine talented, smart, fantastic, super, awesome and dependable all into one word - that might come close. Basically, I am really honored to know her and be able to shoot together at so many events. Check out her personal website here. Meet Arnold and Goeun. We got together for some springtime engagement photos not too long ago, and I have been excited to get these online ever since! Full on spring has its pros and cons in Georgia. Major pro: super awesome colorful flowers everywhere! Major con: holy jesus is it even possible to make that much pollen?? Seriously. So despite some sniffles and sneezes along the way we survived the outdoors for some photo time. Now, for some shout outs: That backdrop? That's just an antique lace tablecloth we hung up outside.
